WHY DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE?
Your values represent what is important in your life. Knowing your values helps you to understand what motivates you, what you enjoy doing, what inspires you and what you like more of in your life. If we build a life and lifestyle around our values we create a life and career that is meaningful and satisfying to us. Values can change over time and can deepen as we understand ourselves better.
